- Secure parking in visitor space. If you drive to work or don't own a car this is probably more suitable to you.
- $160 p/w (paid fortnightly) / $320 bond (Paid upfront).
- Bills are equally split. Wifi internet and electricity.
- Please no drugs / no smoking / and sadly no pets.
