Customer Liaison / removal planner in BURRA, New South Wales

Summer is coming and Australia is on the move. Our office is very busy do this position is full time for 3 months
We need someone who can pick up the work and continue the outstanding service using discretion, courtesy and confidence.
Our clients need someone to help them through the moving process. It's more complex than you may think!
You can help them.
Your desk and your computer are at Hume there is parking onsite.
Your customers need you to manage their documentation for their removals, usually overseas. You will explain to them the export regulations, insurance arrangements, and removals contracts. You will respond to enquiries, changes of dates and other details. You will ensure invoices are paid and goods are shipped on time.
You will have a friendly, professional sales team and an outstanding operations team to back you up.
Your payrate is negotiable between $25 and $32 per hour
Essential criteria
?available on or before 1 November till end of January.
?confident with office procedures and the microsoft office suite
?demonstrated experience in a customer service role
Preferrd criteria
?experience in the removals industry
?experience using moveware
?FSRA Accreditation
