Accounts Receivable in BURRA, New South Wales
LubeAlloy Manufacturing Australia Pty Ltd is a formulator and blender of specialised lubricants for the industrial market. Located in the Queanbeyan head office, we are looking for a reliable accounts receivable person to be an integral part of our team. We require a hard-working, organised, and energised individual who is fluent in written and spoken English.
The ideal candidate will keep the front office running with ease and efficiency through your outstanding organisation skills. As a resourceful, proactive and helpful self-starter, you will strike the perfect balance between delivering a positive professional image and direction of client calls and queries with an excellent attention to detail.
Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Liaison with clients and visitors
- Answering incoming calls and managing outbound calls with a level of professionalism
- Support to Administration Manager
- Invoicing and matters related to accounts
- Statements and debt collection
- Attend meetings and record/organise minutes
- Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity
You will need:
• Proven experience of MYOB
• Practical experience in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong communication skills
• High service commitment
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• A committed and reliable work ethic
• A prompt and punctual approach.

Monday - Friday
9.00am – 4:30pm
