Q-Max Pumping Systems, a family business in Queanbeyan, NSW, needs an Accounts Manager who enjoys the challenge of responsibility.
Our Company is growing and as part of this we need an experienced Accounts Manager. The company uses EXONET, and you will require competence in office IT skills. Experience in EXO is essential and accounting qualifications would be highly regarded
This is a busy hands on role for someone capable of handling all aspects of an accounting role for a small to medium sized enterprise along with staff management experience, and managing the accounts and payroll for 13 staff as well as ad-hoc requests.
Duties include:
• Preparation and review of monthly accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting including monthly commentary on variances
• BOM and Stock/Inventory accounting
• Work in progress claims and contract accounting
• Debtors and Creditor maintenance
• Payroll
• Cashflow management
• Any other tasks as requested by CEO.
